Director's Welcome

I started the Wesley Academy of Music in as a way to say 'thank you' to the many members of our community who helped me become a successful adult.  I grew up in Frankfort and my parents, like most, did the best they could with what they had available while trying to raise three boys.  While we never went hungry, we didn't have the funds available to do the 'extra' things like take music lessons.  Fortunately, I had many members of our community to pick up the slack where my parents couldn't provide and because of that, I live a wonderful, fruitful life.

I want to provide the same opportunities for the children of the Frankfort community by giving back as others gave so freely to me.  Through the opportunities and programs we provide, we will grow a better community and will be an example of what life-long learning looks like.
